Arrow Electronic embraces some Funmentum™ in Denver.

We held one of our in-person Funmentum sessions for our friends at Arrow Electronics on January 17th in Denver, CO. 

It was really fun…but also productive. 

The Arrow folks consisted of a special group of 45 leaders willing and excited to collaborate with each other in new ways. They were open. Generous. Great listeners. And kind. It was a fast moving 2.5 hours that helped the team find opportunities where they could help each other on their current challenges, but also discover tools(like Super Villain and Mind Mapping) that will make it easier for them to continue to collaborate…and connect.

As people with a focused goal. It was really really inspiring. A special thank you to Mark Taylor, Sophia Koutsalas and Kirsten Lonnquist for making the event happen in the first place! Can’t wait to continue our partnership.
